Jobot in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-scale construction projects from planning to completion. You will drive budgeting, scheduling, and execution for commercial ground-up work, utilizing Procore and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of proven delivery, strong communication, and a track record of finishing projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects.
• Experience using Procore project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of construction project management, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
• Utilize Procore project management software to track project progress, manage documents, and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage all phases of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and per specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members for smooth execution.
• Lead project meetings, providing regular updates on status, issues, and milestones.
• Review and approve contractor bids, change orders, and invoices, ensuring costs are tracked.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and with company policies.

We are seeking an experienced, driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects, utilizing project management tools such as Procore, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is instrumental in leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
