Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-scale industrial projects for a premier Wisconsin General Contractor. You will manage from cradle to grave, oversee execution, and drive client relationships while contributing to a strong project pipeline.

With a base salary of $90k–$125k and a performance bonus, the role offers health benefits, 401k match, substantial PTO, and telecommuting options. Travel on-site a few days each week is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within construction.
• Proven experience managing Industrial, Food & Beverage, and Food Processing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, machinery and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Proficient in project management software and related tools.
• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel on-site a few days every-other week.

You will use your expertise to secure work with current and new clients. The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline of commercial work. They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Project Manager with Industrial experience to take on some key responsibilities.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing Industrial, Food & Beverage, and Food Processing projects.
3. A strong understanding of construction processes, machinery, and industry regulations.
4. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
6. A results-driven approach, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Willingness to travel on-site a few days every-other week.
