The Project Manager facilitates and coordinates the design process (Concept, SD, DD, and CD) drawings, and coordinates the specialty consultants and general contractor. Drafts contracts, change orders, add services and RFPs for general contractors, subcontractors, consulting engineers and construction management. Monitors the work to ensure it complies with the construction documents, specifications, schedule, and agreed budget. Performs day-to-day site reviews and responds to questions from the field.
