Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in construction management, facilities management, planning & design or other fields related to position responsibilities.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in managing new construction, renovation, retrofit and/or repair projects with value over $35,000.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate design processes (Concept, SD, DD, CD) and manage consultants and general contractors.
• Draft contracts, change orders, and RFPs for contractors and consultants; monitor schedule and budget.
• Conduct day-to-day site reviews and respond to field questions; ensure compliance with construction documents.

Education

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in construction management, facilities management, planning & design or other fields related to position responsibilities
