Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to plan and lead projects from scope through closeout. You will assemble teams, manage budgets, and drive timely, high-quality results for rotating equipment projects in municipal water and wastewater contexts.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and clear communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. A mechanical/civil engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years project management or coordination experience with a general contractor, equipment manufacturer or equipment distributor.
• 4-year degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management preferred, OR equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps and motors); familiarity with municipal Water/Wastewater equipment helpful.
• Able to reference, read and interpret detailed engineered specifications and plans including P&ID (piping and instrumentation drawings).
• Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multitasking and able to manage numerous orders/projects simultaneously.
• Ability to create and modify CAD drawings using AutoCAD and/or similar.
• Fluent with Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Projects/Planner.
