Job summary

Alejandro Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from award through closeout. You'll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and labor to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate between customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments. A Construction Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction required.
• Commercial HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and labor while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong construction project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully coordinate between customers, field teams, vendors, and internal departments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and job costs
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and manpower
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Build and maintain strong customer and contractor relationships
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards and contract requirements
• Work closely with field leadership and internal teams to support successful project execution

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction required
• Commercial HVAC, plumbing, or pipefitting experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Construction Management degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
