Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the project, from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Track project schedules meticulously, and assist with maintaining construction timelines.
• Actively participate in project meetings, maintain meeting notes, and ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and project reporting, ensuring financial accountability at all stages of the project.
• Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure alignment between office and jobsite activities, serving as a crucial link between the two.
• Help manage project closeout documentation, ensuring all necessary records are accurately maintained and easily accessible for future reference.
• Foster a culture of communication and collaboration, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management working at a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience supporting commercial construction projects is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software, with a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot potential issues before they become problems.
• A results-driven approach, with the ability to stay focused and motivated even when faced with challenges.
