Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the Philadelphia area to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will develop schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
