Job summary

Jobot is looking for an experienced Project Manager in commercial construction to lead projects in a regimented, safety-focused environment in the Chester County area. You will collaborate with Senior PMs, Project Executives and Superintendents to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role demands strong communication with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors, plus proven ability to manage large-scale projects and maintain meticulous document control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Work closely with Senior PMs, Project Executives and Superintendents.
• Comfortable presenting to Owners, Architects and Subcontractors.
• Experience with large-scale projects and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Maintain subcontractor relationships and safety initiatives.
• Ensure effective document control and reporting.

Job Details

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Ability to work closely with Senior Project Manager(s), Project Executive(s) and Superintendent(s) on assigned project
• Comfortable speaking/presenting to Owner's/Architects/Subcontractors in meetings
• Large scale project experience, preferred
• Proven track record of effectively managing document control
• Ability to establish and maintain subcontractor relationships
• Devoted to project safety initiatives
