Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.
• Lead owner and contractor meetings with clear communication among stakeholders.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, budget, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and risk management standards.
• Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Job Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
