Palm Beach Gardens, Florida-based civil engineering team seeks an experienced Project Manager – Land Development to lead site development projects from conception through permitting and construction support.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management and mentoring skills, with expertise in hydrology, drainage, and stormwater, plus proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Land Development to join a growing Civil Engineering team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineering professional with experience in land development, site design, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and project coordination.

• Manage and coordinate civil engineering & land development projects
• Review preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
• Support hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and stormwater studies
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation
• Support permitting and regulatory submissions
• Provide construction-related engineering support
• Coordinate with clients, production teams, and project stakeholders
