Qualifications
- Experience in land development, site design, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, drainage & stormwater systems.
- Experience with site plans and construction documents.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate civil engineering & land development projects
- Review preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
- Support hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and stormwater studies
- Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation
- Support permitting and regulatory submissions
- Provide construction-related engineering support
- Coordinate with clients, production teams, and project stakeholders
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff
- Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
