Job summary

Engtal in Denver is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors and material procurement, while building strong client relationships and overseeing cost control and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, piping or MEP strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, schedules and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience with construction project management software.
  • Background or interest in data centers, mission critical, industrial or municipal construction would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

An established Engineering & Construction firm / Mechanical Contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager to join its growing Denver operation.

With an excellent reputation for quality, technical expertise and long-term client relationships, the company delivers complex mechanical construction projects across data centers, mission critical facilities, industrial, municipal and commercial environments. Their capabilities span HVAC, plumbing, hydronic systems, process piping, sheet metal and broader mechanical infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to take ownership of technically challenging projects while joining a stable contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Colorado.

The Role
  • Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, quality, safety and profitability
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors and material procurement to keep projects on schedule
