gpac is representing a Denver-area commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will lead the delivery of commercial initiatives, maintain client relations, and drive procurement and cost control while collaborating with field teams and executives. The role offers a path for growth and a strong local pipeline of work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • General contractor experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with clients, field teams, and executives.
  • Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction software experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.

Commercial Construction Project Manager

A highly respected Denver area commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team. This is an opportunity to step into a strong local pipeline of commercial work, take real ownership of your projects, and work alongside a team that values accountability, communication, and execution.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead your projects from preconstruction through closeout while staying closely connected to the field, ownership, clients, and trade partners.

What You'll Do
