Job summary

gpac is recruiting a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Denver-area projects. You will lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics, and own the project schedule to ensure milestones are met.

You will coordinate with Project Managers and teams, conduct safety meetings, review drawings and RFIs, and maintain quality control from sitework to turnover. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from sitework through turnover.
• Strong reading of drawings and specifications; scheduling focus.
• OSHA training preferred.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling software preferred.

An award-winning Denver area commercial general contractor is looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows how to lead a jobsite, build strong subcontractor relationships, solve problems in real time, and keep a project moving from the ground up.

This is a field-first role for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, safe, and productive site.
