Job summary

gpac in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. You will manage subcontractors, manpower, sequencing, and site logistics, owning the project schedule and driving milestones to completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from site work to turnover.
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA training preferred.
• Procore experience preferred.

An award-winning Denver area commercial general contractor is looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows how to lead a jobsite, build strong subcontractor relationships, solve problems in real time, and keep a project moving from the ground up.

This is a field-first role for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, safe, and productive site.

What You'll Do
