• 1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or supply chain.
• Experience implementing software solutions, automation, or AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and participants for current- and future-state VSM exercises.
• Document end-to-end processes, workflows, and ownership.
• Coordinate data collection and establish performance baselines with KPIs.
• Identify delays, rework, or non-value-added activities and address root causes.
• Design improved processes and clarify roles, responsibilities, and tech requirements.
• Translate findings into a prioritized improvement roadmap with business value.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and key decisions for governance.
• Collaborate across business, operations, technology, and other teams.
• Support change management, training, and adoption of redesigned processes.
• Monitor benefits realization against targets and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support a cross-functional supply chain transformation initiative, with a primary focus on Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process optimization, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping current-state processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and developing a practical future-state process and improvement roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• VSM Planning & Facilitation: Define scope, objectives, timelines, and participants for current- and future-state mapping exercises. Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Document end-to-end processes, workflows, handoffs, systems, decision paths, lead times, and process ownership.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Coordinate data collection, validate assumptions with stakeholders, and establish performance baselines using operational KPIs.
• Waste & Root Cause Analysis: Identify delays, rework, duplication, process variation, capacity constraints, and non-value-added activities.
• Future-State Process Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and identify technology and capability requirements.
• Improvement Roadmap Development: Translate findings into prioritized initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, dependencies, and effort.
• Project Governance: Track milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies while providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build alignment across business, operations, technology, and other relevant teams.
• Change Management: Support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption of redesigned processes.
• Benefits Realization: Monitor implementation progress and validate improvements against agreed operational and financial targets.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish a structured approach to monitoring process performance and identifying further optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in eCommerce, retail, supply chain, or related environments.
• Experience with customer portals is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience implementing software solutions, advanced automation, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and ROI objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills, including the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and Value Stream Mapping is highly desirable.
