Job summary

LHH is seeking a Project Manager to lead material handling and equipment projects from award through completion. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, installation activities, client communication, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing Capital Projects
• Experience managing budgets ranging from $100K to 1MM+
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple material handling projects simultaneously from kickoff through final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and schedule adherence.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and installation crews during equipment implementation.
• Support project closeout, punch list management, and customer handoff.
