Job summary

RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to closeout in Central NY.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and maintain strong communication with customers, subcontractors, and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized with at least 5 years of project management experience and a proven ability to balance multiple active projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing utility, sitework, civil, infrastructure, underground, or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate material procurement and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against estimates and identify, negotiate and track change orders.
• Maintain records for daily reports, job tracking, productivity measures and quality control.
• Conduct regular project meetings to assess project status to provide updates to customers and management.
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, final documentation, customer turnover, and final billing.
• Supervise, train and conduct performance discussions with field staff while promoting a culture of safety, accountability and effective communication.

Role Overview:

Compensation:

• Salary Range $70,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
