  • Strong understanding of site development processes including grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes.

  • Plan and coordinate site work projects, including grading, excavation, utilities installation, paving, and landscaping.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Prepare project budgets, estimates, and timelines, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services in coordination with the procurement team.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, providing guidance and safety oversight.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on milestones and changes.

Job Description

As a Project Manager at RYCO, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of site development projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the company's leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with our quality standards. The role involves a mix of on-site presence and office-based coordination.
