Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an enterprise PMO in the Cincinnati area on a contract-to-hire basis. You will lead multiple enterprise-level initiatives with executive exposure, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery in a hybrid work setting near downtown Cincinnati.

You will partner with business and technology leaders, manage budgets and risks, and report status to executives. Prior PMO experience, strong communication, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience working within a mature PMO or EPMO environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Experience in banking or financial services industries strongly preferred.

Vaco is partnering with a Cincinnati-based client to identify a Senior Project Manager to join their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule near downtown Cincinnati and the chance to lead highly visible, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant executive exposure.

This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives in a structured EPMO environment and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on project execution.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.

Experience working within a mature PMO or EPMO environment.

Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Experience within the banking or financial services industries is strongly preferred.
