Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Project Manager focused on custom projects in California. You will own end-to-end projects from initial client brief to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering tailored solutions.

The role requires meeting with clients, creating detailed project plans, and documenting modifications to align with weekly production schedules. You should manage multiple projects, stay detail-oriented, and communicate clearly under tight deadlines.

We are currently hiring a Project Manager with a focus on custom projects. We are interested in experienced PM's and also those that have the aptitude and desire to learn from other face-paced roles. This role includes working from end to end, seeing the project through to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transfer data into working format
• Handle and oversee individual projects from start to finish
• Create and detail project plans
• Provide documentation for custom modifications of current products to meet weekly production schedules
• Prepare simple design documentation
