Job summary

Doxis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation programs from initiation through go-live. You will partner with customer stakeholders, manage multiple projects concurrently, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality results.

Join a fast-paced, international team and drive digital transformation across North America. A strong background in delivery methods and certifications is highly valued, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software or professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale implementation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Must be based in North America with the ability to work across time zones and travel occasionally to customer sites.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership across North America.
• Inspire and motivate cross-functional project teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to keep delivery on track.
