• 5+ years as Senior Consultant in content management or 3–4 years as Solution Architect.

• Demonstrated project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills; educate customers and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (East Coast).
• Desirable: Java, SQL, SAP, cloud technologies.

As a Solution Architect, you guide customers and internal teams, share knowledge, and act as a mentor. Using our Doxis Suite, you design tailored solutions and support projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring the long-term value of the software. In addition, you optimize internal processes, train colleagues, and successfully handle complex challenges.

Your Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with customers to understand their needs and develop sustainable, long-term solutions
• Leading the technical aspects of scoping sessions and working closely with project managers to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of complex customer projects
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications and actionable solutions
• Working with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and service sales management, to ensure aligned and cohesive project delivery
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Contributing to business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and reporting directly to executive management
• Acting as a coach and mentor for team members
• Driving digital transformation and innovation by staying ahead of technological trends
• Supporting marketing with technical presentations and content creation

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the content management field or 3 to 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• Experience in analyzing business processes and integrating cross-application data models, along with strong technical expertise in designing and implementing project solutions
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and creating design documents at both technical and business levels
• Demonstrated project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within time and budget constraints
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to educate customers and build trusted advisor relationships
• A solution-oriented mindset, a hands-on approach, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Desirable skills include experience with programming languages such as Java, knowledge of database management such as SQL, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as cloud technologies
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites (East Coast, mainly)
