As a Project Manager, you will lead enterprise software implementations from planning through go-live, acting as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders and guiding 3–8 projects across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software or professional services.
• Led enterprise-scale implementation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be based in North America with the ability to work across time zones and travel occasionally to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and handover to Support.
• Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes.
• Manage 3–8 projects at a time, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership across North America.
• Inspire and motivate cross-functional project teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to keep delivery on track.
