Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects from initiation to handover.
• Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders driving outcomes.
• Manage 3–8 projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership across North America.
• Inspire cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts to keep delivery on track.
