Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, coordinating with the project superintendent, subs, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work on time.

This role demands ground-up build experience in residential or commercial construction, managing $2M+ projects, and coordinating every aspect from budgeting and scheduling to shop drawings, change orders, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction.
• Ground-up build experience required.
• Experience with residential or commercial construction.
• Managing projects $2M+ in value.
• Procore and Microsoft Projects proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate subs, suppliers, and owner/vendors.
• Create and manage budgets and buy outs.
• Review shop drawings, change orders, submittals.
• Lead daily/weekly project meetings.
• Ensure QA/QC and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Job planning
• Subcontractor selection & agreements
• Budget creation and control
• Handled all project documentation: Buy Outs, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certifications, bonds, etc
• Create project schedule & ensure milestones are met
• Review & process shop drawings, change orders, submittals
• Work with project owners, architects, subcontractors, etc
• Ensure quality assurance and control
• Lead daily and weekly project meetings to ensure uniform communication across team
