Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• Strong supplier negotiation skills and vendor assessment experience.
• Ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sourcing and procurement activities that support new product launches and product line expansions.

The position will partner closely with engineering, operations, quality, and cross functional teams to identify supplier requirements, manage supplier selection, negotiate key agreements such as NDAs and Statements of Work, and ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives.

You will also play a key role in project team meetings, providing clear updates on supplier readiness, timelines, costs, and supply continuity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, along with experience in sourcing, procurement, project management, consulting, purchasing, or supply chain roles.

Strong supplier negotiation skills, vendor assessment experience, and the ability to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders are essential.
