Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives within Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams across hardware engineering, sourcing, planning, manufacturing, and R&D from inception to post-launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking across projects, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, ideally within Global Supply Chain or New Product Development.

• Over 2 years of experience in managing projects or a similar area.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related area.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• A collaborative attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams.
• Provide leadership and direction from project inception through post-launch.
• Participate in global supply chain and new product development activities.
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators.
• Ensure quality standards are met in project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Apply standard methodologies and continuous improvements in project management processes.
