Job summary

Evlo AI in Atlanta, GA seeks a seasoned Technical Project/Program Manager to drive complex software initiatives from concept to launch.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery of technical milestones using Agile, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborating with product managers and engineering leads, you will scope features, remove roadblocks, and communicate status and mitigation strategies to executives.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of technical project or program management experience in software.
• Deep familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams without direct authority.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks in Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-functional dependency mapping.
• Track project health, velocity, and burn-down metrics to ensure on-time delivery of technical milestones.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to scope features, define technical requirements, and remove roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Establish standard operating procedures for release management and incident response.

About The Role
