The role removes blockers, manages dependencies across distributed systems, and establishes predictable delivery cadences for high-impact projects. A strong PM with Agile and CI/CD experience will thrive.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of technical project or program management experience in a software development environment.
• Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software lifecycles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cross-functional software engineering projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews with technical leads
• Identify technical risks, proactively manage scope creep, and communicate status updates to engineering leadership
• Establish clear documentation for release processes, operational runbooks, and project retrospectives
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering velocity by analyzing sprint metrics and team capacity

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cross-functional software engineering projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews with technical leads

What We Are Looking For
