Qualifications

• 5-8 years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced software environment.
• Proven track record shipping large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum; PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and design.
• Identify dependencies, track milestones, and mitigate risks with Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Establish governance, cadence, and metrics for executive leadership.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate with finance and product leads on resource allocation and budgeting.
• Document SOPs and retrospective findings to improve organizational processes.

About The Role

The role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and business teams to ship critical infrastructure and product features on time. You will manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and establish rigorous execution cadences that keep large-scale engineering initiatives moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and design teams
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, track project milestones, and actively mitigate risks using Jira, Confluence, and Asana
• Establish program governance, status reporting cadences, and operational metrics for executive leadership
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment meetings to unblock engineering velocity
• Partner with finance and product leads to manage resource allocation, budgeting, and scoping trade-offs
• Document standard operating procedures and retrospective findings to continuously improve organizational processes
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5-8 years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced software or technology environment
• Demonstrated track record of shipping large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives from conception to launch
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical risks for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
