  • Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in project management tooling (Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar) and data visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications, and technical background in software engineering or systems architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs using Agile and Scrum methodologies across distributed engineering teams
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to define roadmaps, scope requirements, and establish realistic delivery milestones
  • Track program health and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, sprint retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment meetings
  • Design and optimize release processes and operational metrics dashboards to improve team velocity and transparency
  • Communicate program status, trade-offs, and critical path items clearly to executive stakeholders
