Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Technology Product Manager to support an inventory technology team within a homegrown Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will drive product changes, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with developers, designers, and business partners to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has WMS experience and strong product management skills in an Agile environment, with a track record of translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving operational improvements.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product management or related tech roles.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Experience with roadmaps, backlogs, and product strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and strategies.
Support enhancements to the inventory framework within the WMS.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and business partners to define requirements.
Work as part of a cross-functional Agile product team.
Conduct business reviews and present updates to stakeholders.
Analyze data to support product decisions and opportunities.
Develop and support reporting models and data-driven solutions.
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Drive product changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support ongoing initiatives across the inventory platform.
Utilize Jira and Jira Align to manage work and Agile processes.
