Job summary

FlairX Inc. is seeking a PMO Lead to govern large-scale, multi-site hyperscale data centre programmes. You will own planning, governance, reporting, readiness, and delivery controls across complex infrastructure initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

You will drive readiness across sites, manage client dependencies, and escalate critical issues with clear recommendations, ensuring on-time delivery and strong programme visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in programme management, project management, or PMO roles.
• At least 3 years supporting multi-site field operations, construction, or data centre programmes.
• Direct, hands-on PMO experience supporting hyperscale data centre programmes or working with principal contractors.
• Dedicated PMO experience with governance, planning, and delivery controls.
• Strong knowledge of programme planning, project controls, RAID management, and change control.
• Experience with commercial and financial controls including POs, SOWs, headcount, timesheets, and invoices.
• PMO certifications (PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance and strengthen governance and delivery discipline.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a globally focused technology and AI solutions organisation that helps enterprises accelerate innovation, modernise operations, and drive data-led transformation.

As the organisation expands its enterprise technology and infrastructure programmes, we are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to support the delivery of large-scale, multi-site hyperscale data center initiatives.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of programme governance, planning, reporting, operational readiness, and delivery controls across complex infrastructure programmes involving multiple sites and stakeholders.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client.

What You'll Do

• Programme Planning and Governance: Own and maintain programme and workstream plans covering site launches, workforce onboarding, rotations, access windows, safety coverage, and equipment readiness.
• Site Readiness: Drive readiness tracking across multiple sites, identify gaps, coordinate owners, and ensure outstanding dependencies are resolved ahead of go-live.
• Client Coordination: Manage client dependencies such as onboarding, badging, system and tool access, site access, and audit requirements.
• Reporting and Performance Management: Produce daily ramp-up reports, weekly KPI dashboards, and monthly operational reviews, ensuring accurate and actionable programme visibility.
• Risk and Issue Management: Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, and change control processes. Identify delivery risks early and **escalate** critical issues with clear recommendations.
• Commercial and Financial Controls: Track purchase orders, statements of work, headcount, timesheets, invoice accuracy, and purchase order utilisation.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Travel, Administration, Procurement, IT, and site operations teams to keep programme delivery on track.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor programme performance, identify process gaps, and strengthen governance, reporting, and delivery discipline.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in programme management, project management, or PMO roles.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting multi-site field operations, construction, or data center programmes.
• Mandatory: Direct, hands-on PMO experience supporting hyperscale data center programmes or working with their principal contractors.
• Mandatory: Dedicated PMO experience. General project management experience without PMO ownership will not be sufficient.
• Strong knowledge of programme planning, project controls, operational readiness, RAID management, and change control.
• Experience managing commercial and financial controls, including POs, SOWs, PO utilisation, headcount, timesheets, and invoice reconciliation.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including KPI dashboards, data reconciliation, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

What Success Looks Like

• Sites are fully prepared and operationally ready before go-live.
• Programme reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
• Client dependencies have clear ownership and are resolved proactively.
• Risks and issues are identified early, with effective escalation and mitigation.
• Multiple sites, workstreams, and stakeholders remain aligned against programme milestones.
