Job summary

Cyber Space Technologies LLC is seeking a Project Management Office Lead to oversee site-cluster planning and readiness in New Albany, OH. The role drives on-schedule delivery, tracks dependencies, and manages RAID logs, reporting, and change control.

You will coordinate with HR, TA, Travel, Admin and IT to unblock sites and ensure accurate timesheets and invoicing. Onsite work is required at the New Albany campus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in programme or project management with multi-site experience.
• Experience on data center or construction programmes preferred.
• Clear written updates for executive audiences and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the cluster or workstream plan including site openings and onboarding.
• Track client dependencies, access windows, and audit changes.
• Run readiness trackers and greenlight amber items before field rollout.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting and reconcile numbers.
• Maintain RAID logs and change control; raise risks early.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Travel, Admin, Procurement and IT.

Job description

Job Title: Project Management Office Lead

Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite)

Purpose

Runs programme control for a site cluster or a programme-wide workstream, so SDMs and field leads can stay on delivery. Keeps plans, readiness, reporting and client dependencies on track.

What you will do

• Own the cluster or workstream plan: site openings, cohort onboarding, rotations, access windows, safety cover and kit readiness.
• Track and chase client dependencies: onboarding and badging, tool access, site access windows, audit specification changes, discrepancy decisions.
• Run the readiness tracker for your area; turn amber items green before they reach the field.
• Produce reporting: daily ramp flash, weekly KPI pack, monthly operations review inputs; reconcile reported numbers to the audit log.
• Maintain RAID logs and change control; raise risks early to the Senior PMO Lead.
• Support commercials: PO and headcount tracking, timesheet and invoice accuracy, PO burn alerts.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Travel, Admin, Procurement and IT on the actions that unblock your sites.

What you bring

• 8+ years in programme or project management; 3+ years on multi-site field, construction or data center programmes.
• Experience on hyperscaler data center build-outs (or their main contractors) strongly preferred.
• Strong planning and tracking discipline: MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel or Sheets, dashboards.
• Clear written updates for executive and client audiences; calm under daily schedule pressure.
