Qualifications

• 15+ years in programme/portfolio management.
• 5+ years leading a PMO team of 10+ members.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site data center rollout/build-out programmes for hyperscalers.
• Strong commercial management and executive stakeholder communication.
• PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO teams across multiple data center sites and offshore locations.
• Manage programme planning, hiring, onboarding, site readiness, and go-live timelines.
• Lead client governance, MORs, QBRs, risk management, and executive escalations.
• Manage SOWs, POs, invoicing, revenue, and margin tracking.
