Job summary

K&K Global Talent Solutions INC. is seeking an experienced Programme/PMO professional to drive site cluster and program-wide workstreams from New Albany, OH. The role focuses on planning, readiness, reporting and client dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

You will own the cluster plan, manage onboarding, track dependencies, produce regular KPI packs and maintain RAID logs. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in programme or project management.
• Experience on multi-site field, construction or data center programmes.
• hyperscaler data center build-outs preferred.
• Strong planning and tracking discipline with MS Project/Smartsheet and dashboards.
• Clear written updates for executive and client audiences; calm under schedule pressure.
• Willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the cluster or work stream plan: site openings, onboarding, rotations, access windows, safety, kit readiness.
• Track and chase client dependencies: onboarding and badging, tool access, site access windows, audit changes, discrepancy decisions.
• Run readiness tracker; turn amber items green before field.
• Produce reporting: daily ramp flash, weekly KPI pack, monthly ops review inputs; reconcile numbers to audit log.
• Maintain RAID logs and change control; raise risks early to Senior PMO Lead.
• Support commercials: PO and headcount tracking, timesheet/invoice accuracy; PO burn alerts.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Travel, Admin, Procurement and IT to unblock sites.

Experience: 10+ years

Purpose: Runs programme control for a site cluster or a programme-wide workstreams, so SDMs and field leads can stay on delivery. Keeps plans, readiness, reporting and client dependencies on track.

What you will do:-

• Own the cluster or work stream plan: site openings, cohort onboarding, rotations, access windows, safety cover and kit readiness.
• Track and chase client dependencies: onboarding and badging, tool access, site access windows, audit specification changes, discrepancy decisions.
• Run the readiness tracker for your area; turn amber items green before they reach the field.
• Produce reporting: daily ramp flash, weekly KPI pack, monthly operations review inputs; reconcile reported numbers to the audit log.
• Maintain RAID logs and change control; raise risks early to the Senior PMO Lead.
• Support commercials: PO and headcount tracking, timesheet and invoice accuracy, PO burn alerts.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Travel, Admin, Procurement andIT on the actions that unblock your sites.

What you bring:

• 8+ years in programme or project management; 3+ years on multi-site field, construction or data center programmes.
• Experience on hyperscaler data center build-outs (or their main contractors) strongly preferred.
• Strong planning and tracking discipline: MS Project or Smartsheet, Excel or Sheets, dashboards.
• Clear written updates for executive and client audiences; calm under daily schedule pressure.
• PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Willing to travel between sites.

How we will measure success (first 6 months):

• Readiness items for each site closed before its go-live date.
• Weekly packs on time with zero log-to-report variance.
• Client dependencies tracked with named owners and ageing; none older than 10 business days without escalation.
