Panelmatic in Ohio seeks a Project Management Manager, Ohio Operations, to lead and strengthen PM teams supporting Youngstown and Brookfield operations. This role drives project execution across engineering, procurement, and production to meet safety, schedule, budget, margin, and quality targets.

The successful candidate provides strong leadership, develops project managers, and maintains customer relationships while traveling regularly between facilities to ensure premier delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline.
• PMP Certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive Project Management experience, including leading Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing portfolios with annual project volumes around $100M+.
• Experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for a portfolio of customer projects valued at ~ $100M annually, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, margin, and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, managing relationships, expectations, and communications.
• Lead project reviews, status meetings, and execution discussions with clear progress updates and risk mitigation plans.
• Direct leadership and development of Project Managers and Coordinators across two Ohio facilities.
• Balance workload, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional alignment to meet commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish standardized PM processes across Ohio sites.
• Monitor financial performance, forecast accuracy, and profitability of projects.
