Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Intern, Project Management to start a career in client-facing project work. The role provides mentorship and hands-on experience with planning, transitions, and client communications.

You will assist with project planning, off-boarding, and template selection while learning to navigate project scopes, timelines, and budgets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn project management skills with guidance.
• Proven planning, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to solve problems and present solutions with guidance.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Open to feedback for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning activities and transition processes.
• Manage add-on projects for existing clients.
• Assist with project off-boarding, updating plans, scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Publish key dates and issues to project stakeholders using internal systems.
• Obtain client feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
• Resolve roadblocks with guidance, including hardware, software, or vendor issues.
• Communicate milestone completions and secure client acceptance.
• Support PSA training and basic contract routing duties.
• Assist with daily digest and initiate new contract setup requests.
• Select appropriate project templates and perform other duties as assigned.
