Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Project Management Intern in Scottsdale, AZ to support the Project Manager and team through development and execution phases of projects.

You will gain hands-on exposure to engineering coordination, estimating, procurement, and construction activities, while contributing to real-world projects and learning PM processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
• Support development of project schedules and tracking progress.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation under supervision.
• Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
• Support document management, including RFI submittals.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
