Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Project Management Intern to support the Project Manager and project team during development and execution phases. You will gain hands-on experience in coordination, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.

The role offers exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from industry professionals, and opportunities to contribute to project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
• Support development of project schedules and tracking progress.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation under supervision.
• Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
• Support document management, including RFI submittals.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
