Quanta-Services is seeking a Project Management Intern to support the project team during development and execution phases. The role provides exposure to engineering coordination, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities on real projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
• Develop project schedules and track progress.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation.
• Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
• Support document management, including RFI submittals.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
