Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Project Management Intern to assist the project team across development and execution phases. You will gain exposure to coordination, estimating, controls, procurement, and construction activities while contributing to real projects.

You'll collaborate with the project team, develop schedules, assist with documentation and reporting, and learn project management processes and tools under mentoring supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
• Support development of project schedules and tracking progress.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation under supervision.
• Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
• Support document management, including RFI submittals.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
• Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
