Tatum by Randstad is hiring an experienced and people-driven Project Management Consultant to support one of our growing clients. In this role, you’ll lead onboarding, compliance, compensation, and HR systems to help build a more efficient, inclusive, and compliant HR infrastructure. This role is contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding and orientation to create a smooth, engaging new hire experience
• Improve operations through scalable workflows, automation, and digital tools
• Supervise staff handling onboarding, benefits, and compliance
• Monitor and report key metrics such as onboarding and compliance completion rates
• Collaborate on compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and benefits administration
• Ensure all practices meet legal, licensing, and internal standards
• Maintain employee records and optimize HRIS usage (e.g., ADP Workforce Now)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on benefits, onboarding, and compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms (implementation/migration a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
