What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as primary IS liaison to ensure overall expectations for all IS application service needs are met
- Document business needs and recommend appropriate IS solutions through analysis and collaboration
- Provide 24x7 operational support for the team's portfolio of applications, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage external IS vendor relations and ensure they meet contractual obligations
- Participate in project management for small to medium business projects utilizing IS methodology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Information Services or a related area
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
- Expertise in multiple healthcare applications is highly recommended
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- B.A./B.S. in Information Systems or related field required; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Business Analyst Certifications are a plus
- Epic certification(s) for supported applications must be achieved within 6 months of hire date
- Experience in business or clinical specialty areas
