Job Description: Management Consultant - Energy
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $70-$80/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant with expertise in business strategy, program strategy, transformation, and industry knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of energy specific terminology, such as mass balance and energy balance.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
· Create comprehensive roadmaps for strategic initiatives and programs.
· Lead transformation projects to enhance business processes and systems.
· Conduct thorough industry analysis to inform planning and scheduling decisions.
· Facilitate cross-functional integration to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
· Utilize knowledge of mass balance and energy balance to support energy-specific projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
· Managing projects with deep functional knowledge at an Oil and Gas company (ideally one of the Big 4).
· Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies and transformation initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed industry analysis.
· Excellent project management skills with experience in planning and scheduling.
· Ability to facilitate cross-functional integration and collaboration.
· In-depth understanding of mass balance, energy balance, and energy-specific terminology.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in the energy industry or related sectors.
· Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies for planning and scheduling.
· Certification in project management or related disciplines.
