SERVPRO is seeking a highly organized Project Manager Assistant to support our Reconstruction Department on residential and commercial projects following fire, water, and mold losses. You will coordinate with Project Managers, schedule subcontractors, and communicate with homeowners and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily job coordination.
• Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
• Order and track building materials.
• Maintain job documentation, photos, and project notes.
• Update project management software and job files.
• Help monitor budgets, timelines, and job progress.
• Perform occasional job site visits.
• Assist with estimating and change orders (training provided).
• Ensure projects stay organized from start to finish.
