SERVPRO of Bountiful is seeking a highly organized Project Manager Assistant to support our Reconstruction Department in North Salt Lake. You will assist Project Managers with daily coordination, schedule subcontractors, communicate with homeowners and insurers, and help manage documentation and budgets on residential and commercial restoration projects.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily job coordination
• Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendors
• Order and track building materials
• Maintain job documentation, photos, and project notes
• Update project management software and job files
• Help monitor budgets, timelines, and job progress
• Perform occasional job site visits
• Assist with estimating and change orders (training provided)
• Ensure projects stay organized from start to finish

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers on residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, and mold losses.
