Job summary

hth companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist with reviewing drawings, estimating costs, preparing proposals, and submitting bids. The role involves cost analysis, KPI tracking, and presenting performance data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include budgeting, site visits, materials coordination, and risk assessments to mitigate issues. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience or applicable education.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles and procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts cost analysis and estimates project costs.
• Develops and tracks KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Creates charts and visual reports to analyze trends.
• Prepares budgets and reviews drawings to ensure accurate bids.
• Travels to sites to review projects and meet customers.
• Bids projects in the industrial environment and coordinates scheduling.
• Orders materials and coordinates staff and customer logistics.
• Performs risk assessments and reports risks with mitigation recommendations.
• Builds relationships with clients and vendors; liaises between company and customers.
